The TRS Guide to Twitter

You may not use twitter or understand how it works. You’re not an early adopter, you’re a non-adopter. Well, I’m here to tell you that you’re missing out. With sports like triathlon, the traditional media coverage is adequate at best. To gain better visibility to the sport, twitter can help you access relevant news and entertainment directly from the primary sources.

But I don’t have anything interesting to say. I agree. You probably don’t. However, it’s not compulsory that you tweet. In fact, don’t think of twitter as an application that enables you to show and tell. Think of it as a personally tailored news and entertainment aggregator. Follow only those people, media sources, and brands that are interesting to you and create an up to the minute, personalized news feed.
